PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Officers with the Priceville Police Department (PPD) said that a traffic stop led to three people being arrested for selling stolen identities on Thursday, June 13.
According to the department, officers pulled a vehicle over along I-65 northbound near the river bridge for a minor traffic violation around 11:45 p.m.
PPD tells News 19 that 33-year-old Chrison Charale Johnson of Fort Mill, South Carolina, Ethan 19-year-old Michael Kreider of Noblesville, Indiana, and 22-year-old Rashia Elijahna-Syara Beasley of Warren, Michigan were all arrested.
Johnson, Kreider, and Beasley were all charged with the following:
- trafficking stolen identities,
- dealing in false identification documents,
- criminal possession of a forgery device,
- 2nd-degree possession of forged instrument
- 3rd-degree possession of forged instrument
According to PPD, Kreider and Beasley are both being held on a $185,000 bond. Johnson’s bonds was set at $235,000 due to him previously being out on bond for similar charges.
