For the sixth year in a row, former Alabama All-American Derrick Henry has made the “The Top 100 NFL Players” list, coming at No. 49 in the 2024 rankings.
NFL Network continued to unveil its 14th annual poll of NFL players by releasing on Friday the No. 41 through No. 50 finishers in the voting for this season’s list of the best players in the league.
The players placed Henry at 99th in 2019, 10th in 2020, fourth in 2021, 12th in 2022 and 25th in 2023.
Henry reached those rankings for his play as a running back for the Tennessee Titans. After changing teams in NFL free agency this offseason, Henry will be in the backfield of the Baltimore Ravens in 2024.
Henry led the NFL in rushing attempts for the fourth time in the past five seasons with 280 in 2023, when he ran for 1,167 yards and 12 touchdowns and caught 28 passes for 214 yards.
Henry becomes the seventh Crimson Tide alumnus to appear in “The Top 100 NFL Players of 2024,” with Denver Broncos cornerback Patrick Surtain II at No. 52, Washington Commanders defensive tackle Jonathan Allen at No. 54, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle at No. 63, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper at No. 70, Pittsburgh Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick at No. 79 and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith at No. 90.
