Huntsville police have identified a man who was struck and killed by a train Sunday.
WHNT is reporting the victim was Nelson Darcy Salisbury, 53.
The incident happened Sunday at about 2:23 p.m.
Police were called to the area of Cleveland Avenue, near the Church Street Northwest and Dallas Avenue Northwest intersection.
Another pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in the same area last year.
