COLBERT COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — Officials have confirmed a Leighton man died after he was hit by a vehicle in Colbert County on Thursday.
Colbert County Coroner Justin Gasque said 34-year-old Timothy Wood Jr. of Leighton was killed when a vehicle hit him.
The incident occurred on 2nd Street, which is off River Road south of the Tennessee River near Highway 157.
