LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — The Limestone County Corner says one person is dead and two are injured after a wreck Thursday afternoon.
Coroner Mike West said the two-vehicle wreck happened around 12:34 at the intersection of Lucas Ferry Road and Malone Road in Limestone County.
He said one person was transported to Athens Hospital after the wreck where they were pronounced dead by an emergency department physician. West said two other patients were transported to Huntsville Hospital for treatment.
The coroner said ALEA is investigating the wreck.
