VALLEY HEAD, Ala. (WHNT) — A Valley Head man has been charged with murder, according to DeKalb County jail records.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) inmate roster shows James Michael Howard Jr. was booked into the DeKalb County Jail on Tuesday evening and was charged with public intoxication and murder.
Court documents state the murder occurred around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, and he was arrested just before 9 a.m. Wednesday.
News 19 has reached out to DCSO for more information on what led to Howard being charged but has yet to hear back.
