The 28th Alabama High School Athletic Association North-South All-Star Sports Week continued for the third day in Montgomery with a pair of soccer matches at the Emory Folmar Soccer Complex and a softball doubleheader at Lagoon Park.
The South All-Stars blanked the North 3-0 in the opening game of the softball showdown on Wednesday with three pitchers combining for the shutout. In Game 2, the teams battled to an 11-11 tie.
