HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – The Huntsville Police Department is asking for help looking for a woman who may be having a manic episode.
Carmen Hale, 34, was last seen on Friday, June 21, leaving her apartment complex on Balch Road wearing a red jacket, blue jeans and carrying a backpack.
She is 5’6″ and about 190 pounds. HPD says Hale is bipolar and schizophrenic and may be currently suffering a manic episode.
