Lounge called ‘public nuisance’ by Birmingham remains closed over invalid liquor license

Cru Lounge in Birmingham has at least temporarily shut down operations while it waits for resolution of its business and liquor license situation.

Reginald McDaniel, attorney for Cru Lounge Birmingham, said in an interview this week that Cru had closed temporarily. “Unfortunately, they had to close because the liquor license was surrendered,” McDaniel said.
